We are so proud of the development of our mini’s team as it continues to go from strength to strength. We cater for ages 4-15 and prioritise inclusion and participation for all children. We are proud to represent the club at a range of events through out the year. We often host our own events and these have proven to be very successful in the past. Personal highlights that we plan to build on include Glen Rovers Fun Day and the Glen Rovers Super Games 2021 [please see video below].

Peter McGlynn U14’s Tournament Winners 2023

Our U14 girls took part in the Peter McGlynn Memorial tournament which was organised by Tir Chonaill Gaels in Greenford.
The girls came out on top winning all their group games. They were then pitted against the host club TCG, and after an even first half, our girls put on a fantastic display of their football skills and ran out comfortable winners of the whole tournament. Our captain Ciara Byrne accepted the cup from TCG club stalwart Paddy Burke on behalf of McGlynn family. Many thanks to TCG for inviting us and hosting a fantastic tournament.

U14’s Girls ABC Shield Winners 2022

Congratulations to our Under 14 girls team who were shield winners at the 2022 ABC tournament. This is the first bit of silverware for the underage girls team, with many more to come! Well Done to all involved.

Glo-Herts 2022 – Edinburgh

9 players from Glen Rovers represented the county team. The development team won the shield and were captained by Glen Rovers Claire Brennan. The first team squad were undefeated in the cup competition.
